• Introduce diploma and advanced post graduate diploma courses in Engineering & Pharmaceutical science along with Polytechnic course and D.El.Ed.. M.Ed. in Teacher training division.
• Encourage research work within the institute for developing user-friendly technologies. This will involve developing postgraduate level teaching facilities, public testing laboratory offering consultancy to external agencies, achieving core competency in chosen fields of technology by providing best infrastructure in that particular field.
• Start a Research and development unit in the campus to update the students practical knowledge in technology and serving the society by providing good quality product. These activities will serve to establish a culture of excellence throughout the institute.
• Planning to NBA accreditation for Technical & Management Courses
• Planning to International Industry / University alliances (MOUs) for student higher studies and career development. 
• Establish industry institute interaction, active interaction with other institute society in general. This is achieved by establishing training & placement cell for student, organizing seminars, symposia, training programs etc. for outsiders and introducing students exchange programs preferably with foreign institute of repute
